Paul’s a Stoker in the Royal Navy, but his real mission? Crafting the perfect sausage roll.
When he’s not at sea, you’ll find Paul in the kitchen, perfecting his favourite snack. Over the past few years, he’s been rolling, seasoning, and taste-testing his way to sausage roll perfection, serving them up to friends and family who all say the same thing: “These are better than anything you can buy in the shops!”
After supporting his wife—Connie— in launching her Southsea-based cinnamon roll business, CinnaRollz, in February 2025 and seeing the success it quickly achieved, Paul felt inspired to get more hands-on with a food business himself.
Together, they’ve become a true husband-and-wife tag team, not only are they serving up the most fluffy, moist cinnamon rolls but they're now delivering the most golden, flaky, melt-in-your-mouth sausage rolls offering the same level of flavour-packed perfection.
The verdict? They’re too good to keep to themselves.
So, Southsea Sailor’s Sausage Rolls was born — and it's not your average sausage roll… but that’s exactly the point!
